Knights Family,

This message contains a lot of important information, so please take the time to read through everything carefully.

Registration Check-Off – Today 5/21
During normal practice today, we will continue registration check-off in the southeast corner of the field. Please make sure you bring the correct documentation and review the attached check-off list carefully. If you complete this process, you will be eligible to attend Early Bird Registration.

I want to be very clear that these documents will NOT be kept by us or GEYF. This process is only for validation and verification purposes, which is required in order to participate in the league.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate or wait until the last minute to ask. Reach out to your team moms or myself and we will gladly help you. We want to make sure everyone is prepared and ready for registration.

We will only offer two additional dates for registration check-off:

Tuesday 6/2
Thursday 6/4

We understand everyone has busy schedules and things come up. However, this process has been communicated for some time, and I believe five total opportunities is enough time for everyone to gather the required documents and complete the check off process.

Our independent Knights registration is expected to take place in mid-June (location and time TBD).

Early Bird Registration
You will ONLY be allowed to attend Early Bird Registration if you have completed and passed registration check-off.

Please understand this is a leaguewide event, and availability is first come, first served for all organizations participating.

You will NOT need to attend the separate Independent Knights registration
A registration discount will be provided

Again, you MUST be checked off to attend.

One football or cheer athlete per household – $325
Two or more children per household – $300 per child

GEYF Football Camp Discount
Great news! GEYF has provided our organization with a discounted rate for the upcoming football camp.

The original cost was $75, but it is now ONLY $25!

This is a great opportunity for athletes, whether they still need a physical or already have one completed. Camp includes:

Food
Swag package
And more

We understand many students are graduating and families may have celebrations planned during this time. We simply ask that you communicate with coaches if your athlete will not be attending practice.

We are trying to maximize practice time before the summer heat arrives and limits our available practice opportunities.

Please make sure your athlete stays hydrated and brings plenty of water to every practice.
