Good morning Knights Family,

I wanted to share some important information regarding required documents and upcoming deadlines:

GEYF Physical
Each athlete is required by the league to complete a physical before receiving their gear. Gear distribution is expected to take place in late June. Please do not wait until the last minute. Physicals can be completed through your primary physician, urgent care, etc. I’ve also attached a helpful resource for those athletes attending BCSD schools. Please turn these into your team mom.

Medical Alert Form
Please complete this form as soon as possible. It is required and will help us respond quickly in case of an emergency. Team moms will have these forms available starting tonight (4/9) at practice. Completed forms should be turned back in to them, as they will be kept in our player books.

Registration Checklist
Please refer to the attached document for all required registration paperwork. These documents are strictly enforced during registration—if they are not provided, your athlete will not be able to register. Team moms will have these forms available starting tonight (4/9) at practice.

GEYF Registration is expected to take place in late May.

I will be reviewing and checking off required documents before our registration on:

May 12th
May 14th
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (during practice) on the southeast corner of the practice field.

Please bring all required documents listed on the checklist during these dates.

Fundraisers & Payment Reminder
Please take advantage of our current fundraisers, including the calendar fundraiser and Knights car wash. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to your athlete.
The first Knights payment for spirit packs ($300) is due at the end of this month. We will be collecting payments on:

April 28th
April 30th
(at the southeast corner of the practice fields during practice)
